A finca as a personal feel-good island embedded in the beautiful landscape of Mallorca: With the ISLA design, this wish becomes reality. In our basic floor plan, for example, the finca is equipped with four bedrooms (2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 apartment with en suite bathroom and separate entrance) and a spacious living area, terraces and pool. The additional apartment - with its own entrance - could be used for guests. We would be happy to change the basic floor plan according to your wishes. This also applies to the materials. In our 3D appearance, these are only suggestions. If you prefer a stone facade, for example, we would be happy to build it according to your individual specifications and using the latest technology.
