Dreams come true with the SUENO design: The finca has a living space of almost 250 m² and is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite) in our floor plan proposal. Two terraces and a spacious pool make outdoor living a pleasure. A development reserve of 32 m² can be used for a guest apartment or a pool house, for example.

Both the floor plan, the building materials and the technical equipment are flexible. On request, we would be happy to equip your finca with a solar system, for example, which produces electricity for your own use. Your individual ideas are always welcome and will be implemented with pleasure!
